How long does it take to receive my order?
Most items are shipped within 2-3 business days with the exception of special, custom, personalized orders, or otherwise noted on the product page. We will always keep you informed via email of the status of your order. boysenberry uses USPS Priority Mail for standard delivery. You may choose Express Delivery, or UPS® during checkout. The exception is the Moses Basket which we always ship UPS. All boysenberry orders are shipped out from our business office in rural Vermont, USA and are not available for next-day delivery.
What shipping carriers do you use?
At this time, our packages are shipped using the United States Post Office (USPS), Priority Mail. During checkout you may select Express Mail or UPS as well.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges are a flat rate based upon the total of your order:

Do you ship overseas or to Canada?
At this time we ship only to US addresses.
Can I cancel or modify my order after I submit it?
We can usually modify your order after you submit it. Please contact us immediately by phone, (802) 767-9591 or our contact us page. We usually process orders within 24 hours so please contact us as soon as you can.
What is your return policy?
You may return any item in original condition for any reason, within 30 days of the shipping date for an exchange, replacement, or refund for the full merchandise amount, less shipping charges.
We strive to promptly process and ship your order and take special care to ensure that all items are delivered to you in perfect condition. But occasionally you may feel the need to return all or part of your order. To help us to handle your request as quickly as possible please complete our Returns Form found in your package and indicate whether you want an exchange (a different item than the one you received), a replacement (the same item), credit, or a refund. If an item is damaged it is helpful if you also give us a description of the problem.
Did you get a gift that’s the wrong size or color? You can send it back to us and receive a merchandise exchange, or a gift card for the original price paid less shipping charges.

Will you send an order confirmation?
We want to keep you updated on your entire order process. We’ll send you an order confirmation letter via e-mail. It includes your order number and confirms the shipping information you provided us. The e-mail also lists each product you ordered and the total paid. If you have questions about your order confirmation or if you don’t receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
What our your payment options?
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. You may also use PayPal for your payment.
Can I send a gift?
We’ll send a gift directly for you at no extra charge. We will include a card with a message from you with the gift: Please send us an email with the gift message and we will include a gift card in the package.
Do you gift-wrap?
We do not gift-wrap at this time
Do you charge sales tax on orders?
We do not charge sales tax even to a Vermont address because clothing is not taxable in Vermont.
Can I place a phone order?
We do not have a phone order department. If you are having problems with the e-website or prefer to talk to a human, you may call us at 802-767-9591 and we will be happy to help you. If you get the voice mail please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. You can also send an email requesting a return call and we will call as quickly and possible.
