WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We are a small company and each item is individually handmade so we do not keep a large inventory. We are, however, quite efficient. If you item is in stock we ship within 48 hours. For most non-stock cases we will ship within 5 days of your order. We will also send a conformation via email with a ship date. If you need to receive your order by a certain date please let us know via email and we will let you know if we can guarantee that date.

PAYMENT OPTIONS We use Paypal to process our order payments. There is no need to have a paypal account. You may VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or you can pay from your Paypal account.
Return Policy
You may return any item for any reason, within 30 days of the shipping date for an exchange, replacement, or refund for the full merchandise amount, less shipping charges.
We strive to promptly process and ship your order and take special care to ensure that all items are delivered to you in perfect condition. But occasionally you may feel the need to return all or part of your order. To help us to handle your request as quickly as possible please complete our Returns Form found in your package and indicate whether your want an exchange (a different item than the one you received), a replacement (the same item), credit or a refund. If an item is damaged it is helpful if you also give us a description of the problem.
Gift Returns
Did you get a gift that's the wrong size or color? You can send it back to us and receive a merchandise exchange or a gift card for the original price paid, less shipping charges.

HOW CAN I SEND A GIFT?
We'll send a gift direct for you at no extra charge. We will include a card with a message from you with the gift: Please send email with gift message and we will include a gift card in the package.
We do not gift-wrap at this time.
SALES TAX
We do not charge sales tax with the exception of the Moses Basket. We must charge 5% tax on this item only if shipped to a Vermont address.
WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT FLEECE FROM MALDEN MILLS?
Polar Fleece made by Malden Mills is of exceptionally high quality. These exceptional fabrics are made in the USA at the mill in Lawrence Massachusetts. Malden Mills are the producers many high-tec fleece fabrics including POLARTEC©, POLARFLEECE© & WINDBLOC©, which we use here at boysenberry. We love this fabric as it doesn't pill & after many washings will still look great. It does not fade or shrink & can be machine washed and dried with your other clothing.
