Return Policy
You may return any item for any reason, within 30 days of the shipping date for an exchange, replacement, or refund for the full merchandise amount, less shipping charges.
We strive to promptly process and ship your order and take special care to ensure that all items are delivered to you in perfect condition. But occasionally you may feel the need to return all or part of your order. To help us to handle your request as quickly as possible please complete our Returns Form found in your package and indicate whether your want an exchange (a different item than the one you received), a replacement (the same item), credit or a refund. If an item is damaged it is helpful if you also give us a description of the problem.
Gift Returns
Did you get a gift that’s the wrong size or color? You can send it back to us and receive a merchandise exchange, or a gift card for the original price paid less shipping charges.

Most items are shipped within 2-3 business days with the exception of special, custom, personalized orders, or otherwise noted on the product page. We will always keep you informed VIA email of the status of your order. Boysenberry uses USPS Priority Mail for standard delivery. You may choose Express Delivery, or UPS® during checkout. The exception is the Moses Basket which we always ship UPS. All boysenberry orders are shipped out from our business office in rural Vermont, USA and are not available for next-day delivery. Please be aware some items do take longer to ship. This will be noted on the product page.
